Appraisal reports are to be delivered directly to Palm Beach AMC via the website by 3pm on the day due as agreed per the engagement letter, unless advised otherwise by your contact at Palm Beach AMC.

By acceptance of any appraisal assignment you represent you are qualified to perform the assignment and are currently certified to perform this appraisal assignment. You affirm that by choosing to accept the orders assigned by Palm Beach AMC to you/your company, you agree that the appraiser's fees for the order are reasonable and customary for the area where the subject property is located. You also represent that you are familiar with the relevant provisions of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and will perform this appraisal assignment in conformity with those requirements, as well as all applicable Federal and State regulations. Failure to proceed per these guidelines may result in removal of your firm from consideration of future assignments.
